What are the settings to set Obi202 as QoS before a router?

Currently the router is doing the QoS.
I was wondering what settings I need to set , so I can put the Obi202 as the QoS.

currently: internet-modem-router-obi202+other machines
would like: internet-modem-obi202-router-other machines

QoS General Settings
Enable      = checkmark
UpStreamBandwidth    (90% of your ISP. Any value lower than actual will throttle your bandwitdh)
RestrictedBandwidth (90% of your ISP. Any value lower than actual will throttle your bandwitdh)
