OBi110: How to block toll-free numbers in X_InboundCallRoute ?

Hello,

My situation is the opposite to that of most people.  I want to block incoming toll-free calls.  I often receive toll-free calls to my GV number which is routed to my US DID.  Consequently my voip.ms account gets charged.  So, how do I set up X_InboundCallRoute such that 1-800 or 1-866, etc. calls get blocked?

By the way, I use OBiExpert Config to configure OBi110.
