You may check whether all of these are related to the polarity reversal. The Tip/Ring voltage polarity is reversed (by default) in 2283/2286, but not in 2103. To disable this, you can just set both IdlePolarity and ConnectPolarity to " forward " ...

I'm now running 2286 and my old touch tone and rotary phones (with the DialGizmo) are working perfectly!
