Can not reach a number

I am trying to call 1-800-796-9876 and the number will not pick up when I use Obitalk but will pick up when I use my cell phone or land line???  thoughts?

Are you using Google Voice through your OBi device? If you are, I came across this Google Forum conversation that may answer your question:

That is one of the down sides to Google Voice. Some calls to certain 800 numbers may not connect correctly or may not connect at all. They will not terminate calls to certain "Normal" numbers either.

thanks ... now I know there is no work around I am missing ... sadly, when I use Skype, they answer but they won't recognized the numbers on the soft pad to make a selection ... I hate it because I have to go back to using my cell to call that employee number.
