When using the Expert Configuration Pages, then "submit" will make the change and cause a reboot. If you are near the OBi you should see the red led come on for a few seconds followed by flashing green leds etc. Best to wait a minute or so before testing after a reboot.

What about enabling Do Not Disturb under Calling Features for LINE? Would this then prevent outgoing calls (911)?
