Today, my 2nd attempt at ordering Obi110 arrived.
I was wondering if there is a way to use one of OBi IVR recordings as a music dial tone? (ex. scenario: You have dialed a number and waiting for the person on the other line to take the call. Meanwhile, instead of the normal dial tone you hear, hear one of the OBi IVR recording).
I have successfully setup callback using google voice, and have attempted to achieve the above for callbacks by replacing the default "please wait" prompt with the recording. However, instead of connecting the call while the recording is playing, obi110 connects the call AFTER the recording is done, which makes it pointless...
Would this be possible to implement for callback/SIP/landline calls?
