OBi110: Cannot point browser to device's IP

Hi,
I want to be able to confirm whether my OBi110's own IP (as obtained by dialing ***1) is actually recorded as "DHCP-assigned" or "Static-assigned".
Dialing ***1 gives the IP of my device and "DHCP enabled"
However, OBiTALK web portal > Network Settings > Static IP
After pointing the browser to this IP, I am unable to log into the IP address even though I use the same user id and password as those to successfully logging into OBiTALK web portal.
Any suggestions?

The problem is you're not supposed to use the same password, which the documentation tells you ;)
admin, admin. Then change your password.
