OBI 110 with web interface errors

Hello,
I have two 110s.  One that I have locally, and one that is located over seas.  The one I have locally is fine, and I just upgraded with the Phone Power service.  Seems to be a good alternative to google voice.  The 110 I have over seas is working fine, however when you try to log in via the web interface, I get an xml parsing error which I'm pasting below:
XML Parsing Error: mismatched tag. Expected: </xsl:attribute>.

Under the Status page, the only ones that work are "call status" and "call history" every other menu item gives the xml error.
Under system management, same thing.  The only one I have access to is Device update.
The device has been updated with the latest firmware.  I don't know why there would be an issue.  I'm afraid if I can't fix it I won't be able to switch that one to a Phone Power service.  Any sugestions? Thanks.
