Hi, I found this http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=3586.0 is the same problem I face now. But this one no final answer to how to fix it.

my configuration:

SP1  Google Voiceâ„¢ Connected
SP2 (Optional) Generic Service Provider Registered -- FPL (Primary Line)

GV works fine with no problem to call out and receive

FPL can receive call, but when call out, it says: The No. you dialed XXX-XXX-XXXX is rejected by service provider, the reason is 4-0-0.

My profile A DigiMap: (1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)
My profile B DigiMap: (<**1><18004664>411|<**1>1xxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|<**3>01186xx.|011xx.|[^*]@@.)

SP1 Status: Connected
SP2 Status: Registered (server=208.65.240.165:5060; expire in 50s)

Phone DigiMap: ([1-9]x?*(Mpli)|[1-9]S9|[1-9][0-9]S9|911|**0|***|#|**1(Msp1)|**2(Msp2)|**8(Mli)|**9(Mpp)|(Mpli))

OutboundCallRoute: {911:sp2},{([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{(<#:>|911):li},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**8:>(Mli)):li},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}

CallReturnDigiMap: {pli:(xx.)},{sp1:(<**1>xx.)},{sp2:(<**2>xx.)},{li:(<**8>xx.)},{pp:(<**9>xx.)}

Anyone can give me a help?

P.S: Even I delete GV and only install FPL in SP1, seems the same thing happen and with 4-0-0 reason.

Thanks a lot!

Welcome to the forum  :)

400 normally means that the service provider received something, but did not like what it got. OBi is telling you what you dialled, but may not be telling you what went out to sp2. Log into the OBi via the web page and look in Status > Call History to see what is being sent to FPL. (Dial ***1 to get ip address of web page).

Replace <**1><18004664>411 with <**118004664>411
I'm not sure what is intended by <**3>01186xx. There does not seem to be anywhere for **3 to route a call to.

If you only wish to route [2-9]xxxxxxxxx and 011xx. to FPL, then we could simplify your DigitMaps a lot. However, let's get it working first, then we can have a go at that.

Thanks Ianobi.

Problem solved. Go to my router(Netgear) setting in the WAN section, disabled the SIP ALG (thanks Jerome) then everything works. **3 is setup to Void.ms and also works.
