Latency / voice delay

Well, I've been using the Obi100 for a few weeks now, and I've noticed an unacceptable delay in voice delivery.

The symptom is each talker talks over the other, reminds me of the old days of Ham radio (Over).

Anyway, I don't notice the same delay when using Google Talk on the computer, which really puzzles me.

Any ideas on what to change?  

NOTE TO OBI:  Maybe in a future Firmware update, you can add a Latency tester.

Have a look at this: http://voipqualitytest.com/, then compare results to what the Obi shows in the call status window when on a live call.
