I am new to The OBI and i am just setting it up. Do I need 2 google voice numbers 1 for fax and 1 for regular talk?

If you want to keep a separate number exclusively for fax, then yes you will need 2 GV numbers. If you can live with sharing the GV number with Voice and fax then it is not necessary to have 2 GV numbers at all. It really depends on what you want and the volume of fax calls you are expecting to receive.
