Buying a used Obi110/Obi100 and registering

If an Obi110/100 has been registered with ObiTalk before and I buy it say off of Ebay. Will I be able to register it and use it if the previous owner has already registered it?



If this has been posted before, I could not find it with search.

Ostracus:
They will have to delete it from their account, and reset the Obi110/100 to defaults.
