Can OBI100 be set up to use with your house phone jacks with no landline

I currently have no landline and only purebroadband.  At one point, I had Nettalk (Horrible VOIP Service) set up to be used on all phone jacks and security system in my house.  The phone company only has a line for broadband and the outside box has no landline access.  My question is:  Can I use the OBI100 and Google Voice to set up with my house phone jacks and security system.  Unfortunately, Nettalk box went bad and was replaced only to now not be able to use it with my phone jacks.  If OBI100 and Google Voice can be configured to use with my phone jacks, how would I configure it? Really simple as far as connecting to your phone jacks. If all of your phone jacks are connected together connect the telephone port/jack on the Obi to any phone jack and you are in business.

The security system is another matter. Please give us more information about it.

Also, ensure the Nettalk box and any connection tothe outside phone lines are disconnected.
