Obi 100 Set up with No Phone Service. Just Uverse with Magic Jack

Hello,
I currently only use AT&T Uverse internet and a magic jack for my phone. I wanted to take advantage of google voice with the obi but my phone is plugged in the obi and I have no dial tone for the set up.

Am I able to use the obi with just an internet connection?
