Several issues regarding my device (OBI110)

Hello everyone, I have an OBI 110 that I bought and got a few days ago. It was working fine for a while. After a little while of using it with google voice, (Calling out and using dial up internet on older computers) I started to have some issues dialing out with the telephone. Unfortunately, I have encountered the problem where when I connected my phone to it and tried to dial out and a busy dial tone was heard. I have done everything I could. From restarting the device to deleting the device and resetting it to factory settings and adding it back. Nothing worked. When I kept on trying, I have had no success. Any suggestions? All help will be greatly appreciated. Please reply as soon as you can. I would like to get this device up and running again.
