OBI-110 configuration backup option #2: what does it mean?

I have read the manual regarding these options but am still unclear on this one:

inc default value: if selected, does that mean that the suggested default values displayed are preserved - to be displayed again upon restore?

Or, does it mean that all settings revert to default.

Or, does it mean that all settings are preserved - any non-default and default ones?
