Obi 110 Windows 8 connected to Google Voice Netgear 4500

Seems to connect fine on SP1 after adding a device to Google voice.

But when I phone out says "no service configured error", then says to go to OBItalk. Have done this many times including a hard reboot of OBi.
Router Netgear WNDR 4500.

Fixed it, had to say that GV checked box was primary .
