Icon says offline but phones work w/202

Just notice the icon is a dark yellow (offline) yet all my lines work as I used one line to call another ... even called my cell and that worked ...

I was just about to ask the same thing. I am guessing the link to the OBI server was disconnected, but not to your VOIP provider. Is that correct?

Also, on day to day calls, say through Google Voice, do they go from my OBI to GV, or do the calls route through OBI's servers in any way?

Calls go directly through GV.

At least I am not alone but that does not solve the problem for all of us ...

I saw that a few times. The only solution was to unplug and reconnect the device (pain if you are remote and don't have physical access to the device  )
