how to block crazy incoming phone calls

Help please!

I am bothered to death by some crazing incoming phone calls. Almost every two minutes, the phone rang with the shown numbers such as:

15176750347511
17180969543001
17176750347511
19180969543001
10176750347511
..
..
..
All I can see is the number start with "1" with total number 14, and all these numbers are not real. Any body can tell me how to set the adapter to block these numbers.

Extremely need help!! During the time to write this post, there were 3 phone calls in.

Add the above to your X_InboundCallRoute on SP1 and SP2. It should block all 14 digit numbers.
