Change OBI Digit Map/Outbound Call Rout Parameter

Hello,

I have SP1 (GV) set up as your Primary Line to Call Out.  This means that when you dial normally from the attached phone (e.g. 1-212-555-1234) the call will use Google’s service. 
I want to make International call through SP2 (Vopium). If i need to place a call from SP2 then i have dial **2 before the destination number, e.g. **2 011 44 4200 3456.
 
I want to avoid having to remember to dial **2. How can i change the OBi Digit Map / Outbound Call Rout parameters.

Where should i add your statement?
