Obi100 stopped working (no dialtone). How do I return this thing?

Hmmm. I have seen a couple of posts from other people who are having this same problem since the beginning of the year.

I have to wonder if something has changed with Google Voice. Even though it is supposed to be free still, I have to wonder...
