help with planning new setup

I'm hoping that I can get some assistance from those more knowledgeable than myself here.   :D

I am currently getting everything together to port from Vonage to GV.

I have setup a Callcentric account for e911 usage, and ordered an Obi100. However, after further thought, the wife and I would like to get two line capability going so we can both do concalls, etc.

What I am hoping to do is to get a wireless VOIP base station and two new handsets - something like the Grandstream DP715. We would then use the IP phones usually, and I would have the analog port on the Obi going to the normal house wiring for other phones, fax, etc.

So what I am hoping for :

Have IP and analog phones use GV primary, and CC secondaryAll incoming calls are on GV # onlyCC used for 911When GV line is busy, call is forwarded to CC line
I've looked over http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=1875.0 and http://voxilla.com/2011/02/15/how-to-obify-your-ip-phone-no-asterisk-involved/ specifically, which makes sense to me, but I am confused in regards to how things work with the second CC line.

RFord:
Why not order the OBi202 and setup using OBiPLUS Lite if you need to use IP phones?  The OBi202 comes with 2 phone port and 4 SIP lines.

Thanks much for the help.

Just wondering - does this sound possible :

Make sp1 GV, sp2 the phone SIP, a VG for CC, and then create a trunk group (sp1,vg1) for the IP phone to hunt for a line off of.

Probably should do as you recommend and save myself some grief though.    :P

EDIT -

Got everything working - two handsets working in parallel hunt group, GV, and CC.  All is well.   :)
