I had been thinking about a tool like this but much simpler in design.  What he created looks well rounded and quite impressive. I have not tried it so I can't comment on actual functionality.  I think a lot of people can really benefit from this tool.

Edit:  I saved it to my personal archive in case I decide to use it myself.
