I think my Cable company is blocking my OBi100

My OBi will not work with my high-speed cable internet.  I've found the problem to be 100ms of Jitter on my network line.  The cable company thinks this is OK since my download and upload are within spec.   I just put my OBi100 on my slow DSL line at work and it works like a champ.  No cutting out at all.  I had my OBi100 and my cable voice running side-by-side for around one month and they both worked great.  I cancelled my cable voice and then all the problems started to happen  >:(

CoalMinerRetired:
Have you tried, as a test, plugging Obi directly into cable modem to bypass a router?

Pepi:
Yep,  One of the first things I tried.

Thanks

carl:
Wow. I never had jitter worse than 3 ms.
Whether intentionally or not, ,you do not want to pay for this type of service. If you have DSL available I would recommend to go back to it. BTW, which cable company is that?

LeoKing:
My AT&T DSL line has an average jitter of 0.7ms and 0.0% packet loss. The GV quality is even better than AT&T landline.
