SP1 with voip.ms, status shows connected instead of registered

I have a obi110 and on sp2 I setup with FPL and the status shows registered. on sp1 i configured it to use voip.ms but the status shows connected and on voip.ms I can't see that account is in registered status.
I set up another voip.ms account on my obi202 and the sp status shows registered and on voip.ms that account does show up as registered.
anyone else has encountered this kind of issue? what the connected means for a SIP account other than registered?

problem solved. the obi110 with FPL its ITSP Provisioning was disabled due to the need to setup the *98 for voice message access. the SP1 voip is configured on obitalk portal, couldn't be transferred to obi110. now since in obitalk i can setup the *98 as well, so I re-enabled the auto provisioning on obi110 and now the SP1 shows registered instead of connected.
