Hello I have the 202 model and my wife complains of the phone cutting and moments of a micro second of silence in her phone calls I thought by having the 202 that was not to happen any more. Is there some settings I need to make. Thanks Ed

I have the same sort of problem with my wife in FL complaining that she doesn't hear me talking, so I end up "butting in" on the voice. It's like having to say "over" after one has finished talking to let the other person then talk. My device is the Obihai 202.

I did notice in the Obihai control panel that there was a firmware update (#500074501) and just installed that. Maybe that will help...who knows.

I also went into my WRT610N router and set the MAC address for the Obihai in the QOS settings to HIGH.
