dial tone 6x before steady

I get a dial tone stutter about 6 times before its a steady tone.


I have no messages waiting anywhere, not sure why I get this?

You need to listen to, or delete, all messages in ALL folders.

Here's the fix that does indeed work.

Go into OBI expert, under physical Interfaces--> phone, un-check the--> MWIEnable, submit changes, finally fixed!!

I tried almost everything before this, not a single post in the entire forum said where exactly to go in OBI expert to effect this fix.

This post shows what I did to fix it.
