Incoming calls do not ring

I just installed a OBi110 and configured it to use my Google Voice, I can make outbound calls and all works like a charm, when I go and call my Google Voice number it rings 4 times and goes to VM.  The phone connected to the OBi110 never rings.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
