Help: "Reason 480" - Can't Dial "011" International Numbers

(1/1)

drp37:
Hi,

I'm unable to dial "011" international numbers all of a sudden.  I get a "reason 480...rejected by the service provider" message.

The only difference between it not working today vs last week was that I had ported my existing  (North American) number between this time frame.  DigitMap is as below:

(933|*xx|1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.)

The number, as how I would dial it, would be "011442083482563".  Thanks in advance.

Felix:
check on the device admin screen (Status - call history) what number actually got sent, and over which provider. Also, confirm that you are successfully registered with the provider or send correct credentials (although, if not - you will probably get reason 401 or 403, not 480)

If it is what you expected, then it is a question to the provider...

drp37:
Thanks Felix.  Everything checks out OK.  Will see if provider has any feedback.

Lavarock7:
Who is your provider? For example, Voip.Ms has the ability to block international calls completely or to specific countries, and it can be done on the account, a DID or by extension.

drp37:
Provider is Anveo.  Checked call blocking settings, but nothing out of normal.

UPDATE: This morning, the issue has resolved by itself.  Thanks for everyone's comments.
