110 "Phone" LED

I have 1 Obi 110 here and another elsewhere that I work with. Recently I noticed that on my Obi the "Phone" LED is Off all the time except when the phone is in use. It flashes when the phone is off hook. I noticed that on The other 110, the "Phone" LED comes on solid as soon as you power up - even with nothing connected. Then it flashes when the phone is off hook. Same hardware, same firmware. I haven't noticed any other unusual issues with either unit. Just find it odd and wondering which way it is supposed to work.

This is the official Obihai version of what the steady on condition indicates for the Phone LED:

- If the Primary Line is the PSTN LINE, indicates OBiTALK service is available.
- If the Primary Line is SP1/SP2/OBiTALK, indicates the corresponding primary service is available.

Undocumented, but sort of implied, is that if your Primary Line is a Trunk Group, then the Phone LED will always be off unless the phone is in use. I found that out the hard way  ;)

Not exactly obvious!
