change forum name

hi,

Log back into your OBiTALK account (www.obitalk.com).

Click your sign in name at top-right, between "Hello" and "Sign Out".

Click Edit Profile

Go to Forum Name and make the changes

Click Save

Thanks for the idea. Unfortunately the Forum Name field on the "Edit Profile and Profile Icon" page is grayed out in my case i.e. can't be edited like all the other text boxes.

Any ideas e.g. are you able to enter text in the Forum Name box on your page?

You can delete your device(s) and start over by creating a new account. I don't see an option to delete an account, but you can change your current login and then you will be able to use your email on the new account.

Ugh! Ye ole NUCLEAR option... Okay. Might as well wait to see resolution for OBi202 ringer inop issue.

You can register for another account independent of the existing one and without deleting your device. You can use either for the forum but only the first one will get you to the Dashboard that your ATA is on.
