GV/GT problems

I'd like to get the Obi100.

Here's the rub, I can never make a call from Gmail though. I get the same silly 'network problem, try again' message.  I've reinstalled the plug-in as was suggested.  I don't have a headset or mike, I was just trying to get a connection to a landline.

I have a GV number that is linked to my TracFone (it comes up as AT&T who is the carrier in my case).

If I call my GV#, from my landline which I will be dropping, it will ring my cell and also messages can be saved in Gmail if I don't pick up. Is that functionality enough for the Obi?

Your best bet for help is to post this on the Google Voice support forums.  If once you post you do not receive a reply or resolution, you can also contact one of the Google Voice community managers and see if they can help you, but you will need to post first on the forum because they can see your account detail that way only.
