Sending calls to phone from PC

Does the OBi100 expose an interface through which I could send calls to my phone via Thunderbird's address book?

To the best of my knowledge the OBi can't do this itself.  There are a lot of plugins that integrate Google Voice and one of those should be able to do what you want.  A sip style plugin should be able to integrate with the OBi nicely as well.

Ostracus:
If WebRTC ever takes off that may be an option.
