Can't use Obi. Shows yellow triangle with exclamation mark inside!!!

Just this morning realized that Obi stopped working.
When logged into my account, I see a yellow/orange triangle with exclamation mark inside!!! Says 'Firmware update' What thhehell is that and what I am supposed to do?! When I click on it it forwards me to forum with technical giberish... Anyway, can't receive, can't make calls.
What's wrong?

Try dialing ***6 from your phone and see if it gives a voice prompt stating "Software Update Available". If it does, follow the prompt to upate the software and see if that helps. If there is no response to ***6, it could be a network or setup issue assuming the device is fine.
