Setup 2 OBI110s between Taiwan(GV and PSTN) and USA (GV) using AA

I have two OBI110s located in both Taiwan and USA.  Both have Google voice setup.  I also have a PSTN line connected in OBI100 in Taiwan.

Here is what I want:
1. I want to call from OBI110-USA to OBI110-TAIWAN and dial local number via PSTN.
2. I want my friends can dial OBI110-TAIWAN PSTN number to call my OBI-110-USA without actual ring the OBI110-TAIWAN and directly using AA.

What should I configure my OBI110-TAIWAN?

I'm not sure of the format of local numbers in Taiwan. I used 9 digits as an example.

OBi#1 to make outbound calls on OBi#2

On the OBi#1

Set Speed Dial#2: PP(ob200222222)            
200222222 = OBi number of the OBi#2

Physical Interfaces -> Phone port
Add after the beginning parentheses of the DigitMap:
886xxxxxxxxx|
Add to beginning of the OutboundCallRoute:
{(<2*>886xxxxxxxxx):pp},                    
2* points to Speed Dial #2

On the OBi#2

Voice Services -> OBiTalk Service
Replace InboundCallRoute:
{(200111111)>(<886:>xxxxxxxxx):li},{ph}

200111111 = OBi number of the OBi#1

886123456789 dialed on OBi#1 will be routed out Line on OBi#2 as 123456789

OBi#2 to reach AA on OBi#1

On OBi#2

Set Speed Dial#1: PP(ob200111111)            
200111111 = OBi number of the OBi#1

Physical Interfaces -> Line port
Replace InboundCallRoute:
{(123456789):pp(1*555)},{ph}

On the OBi#1

Voice Services -> OBiTalk Service
Replace InboundCallRoute:
{(200222222)>(555):aa},{ph}

Inbound call on OBi#2 Line with CID 123456789 will be routed to AA on OBi#1
