Using Dial Plans

I am sure this has been answered before, but I haven't been able to find it.

I have 2 SIP accounts set up on my ObiHai 100. The first is a Google Voice Line, and the second is a SIP provider that supports E911. The SIP provider also provides a US PSTN phone number.

I want to know how to make calls to 411, 911, and +14121234567 (not a real number) to ring using the second account. I know, that I could use **2, but I am sure there is a more transparent way. I am relatively new to ObiHai (as for devices), so any help will be appreciated.

I would put the routing at the front of my Phone Port OutboundCallRoute:
{(411|911):SP2},{14121234567:SP2}

The default Phone Port digitmap spells out 911 as a complete number.  If you wish to speed up calling 411 you could also specify that in the phone port digitmap to avoid the timeout delay assuming you don't dial other numbers that start with 411.
