Qos for Tomato

Hi, I just setup Obi100 a few weeks ago. People have been complaining that I am breaking up even though i can hear them OK. I have Cisco E3200 running Tomato 1.28 and not that familiar with QoS. Can someone please advise me how to set it up in Tomato? I have 10 down and 1 up for Internet speed. Thanks a lot.
