Cant register device on Obitalk.com

Everytime I try to dial number on handset I get an invalid number message. Im able to login to Obi110 by using the browser but I cant seem attach the device to my Obitalk account.

Have you done any configuration to the OBi at this point or is it still sitting at factory defaults?

If it's not yet configured, what is your objective for OBi?

Its at factory defaults now. I haven't really decided yet, I bought it to play around. However I
want to setup Google Voice on it.

Google Voice is extremely simple to set up.  If you can't or don't want to use the OBiTALK configuration facility:


System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> Auto Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> SignalingProtocol : Google Voice

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthUserName : (Google Voice username)

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthPassword : (Google Voice password)

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_SkipCallScreening : (checked)

Physical Interfaces -> PHONE Port -> PrimaryLine : SP1 Service
