Enable GV inbound when mobile phone is at home

Is there any way to enable a Google Voice inbound ring only when a mobile phone is in Bluetooth range?  Obviously, this would require the Bluetooth adapter. 

This would be a killer feature, as people may not want their home phone to ring when the called person is away.

Actually no Bluetooth required.  There are a few solutions.  A quick search brought up this.
