Ringtone changed since adding Callcentric on SP2

I have an OBi110, with GV on SP1 and Callcentric on SP2. I use Callcentric for E911 service and Caller ID with name and number(it was the free NY number thing). I forward my calls from GV to the Callcentric number. Now my ringtone is different from when it went through GV only. I get two short rings. I saw another post that said to go in and change "X_DefaultRing" in the "Voice Services". I went and looked and it is the same setting for SP1 and SP2. They both have a "1" in the setting. What exactly would I change SP2 to and make it ring like it used to? Thanks for any help!

Diana:
I think you want you want to make the following changes (Voice Services>>>SP2 Service):

X_ServProvProfile    B
X_RingProfile           A
X_CodecProfile        A

Jackson:
Well here is the regular ring which I gather is what you want.

RingName: Bellcore-dr1
RingPattern: 60;(2+4)

This is the double ring.

RingName: Bellcore-dr1
RingPattern: 60;(.4+.2,.4+2)

You need to go into Obi Expert-> Ring Profile (do A + B)-> Ring Profile to make the changes.

This is one way to do it.

Given that the original poster asks that both SP1 and SP2 ring the same way, I think the better practice is to make SP2 use the same RingProfile as SP1, and not change the individual Ring Patterns.

To do this, go to Voice Services > SPx Service (x is 1 or 2) > X_RingProfile > Set to A (Assuming SP2 uses A).  Then check X_DefaultRing, X-CallOnHoldRing, RepeatDialRing, BargeInRing, CallParkedRing and make the values for SP2 the same as SP1.

Edit: Corrected spelling(s).

I did what CoalMinerRetired suggested and my ring is back to normal. All I did was change the X_RingProfile from B to A. The other values mentioned were already the same as the SP1 values. Also, I didn't change the X_CodecProfile that Diana mentioned. It still has a B value. Do I need to change it to A? The ring is working without changing it, but will it cause any problems? You all have been a great help and I really appreciate it. Thanks!
