new codec profile - possible?

Although I can tweak one of the existing codec profiles, was wondering if I can create a new codec profile and assign it to obitalk service. (basically i want obi-obi calls to use a low bandwidth profile and SP1/SP2 use the standard 711u...

i suppose i can tweak the priorities, but i am concerned that the same priorities will be shared by two services - obitalk and whichever SPn is assigned to that profile.. (ie., SPn may pick up 729 codec although its not needed)
