Netgear Routeh (WNDR3400v2) QOS Setup

I am new to using the Obihai and wondered if someone can give me advice on setting up QOS on my router. My setup is Charter CableModem---Netgear WNDR3440 ----Obi202. The Router gives me several options:

1. Bandwidth Control: should I turn this option on, and if so should I set a Max uplink bandwidth, or allow the router to automatically check
2. QOS Rule List: it looks like I have several options: using built in set up for Google Talk, establishing a new rule based upon mac address, ethernet port, or setting up for a specified port range.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
