Obi110 cannot make or receive phone call - Obitalk shows 'device is not online'

Hi all

the subject tells the problem.  I have power-cycled the device, unplugged and plugged back all cables but it still failed to work.  Please suggest what to try.

With a blinking power light, which I suspect, that would indicate a connectivity problem.

To test for router problems if you have a separate router, consider
connecting the OBi directly to your modem without the router as a test.
Do your symptoms change?


If you have a combined router+modem, put the OBi into the DMZ for
troubleshooting. Do your symptoms change?
