Outgoing calls

I can call OBI using my cell phone but can not call my cell phone using OBI.  I get message "call requires a credit balance".  Just now setting up and have made an error somewhere.  I am trying to set up OBI100.

I am guessing you are using Google Voice.

I am guessing that you did not set up your OBi using OBiTalk.
