obi will not sync on new network

hi!

I replaced my router. When I switched my obi 212 to the new network it did not work. When I switched it back it worked again. The old router finished dying so the obi is stuck in limbo.

How can it get it to recognize the new router?

After switching router, remove power from the OBi for 30 seconds.

If that did not help, did you change the OBi from the default DHCP setting? If yes, change it back and reboot.

I get the message "Network status IP address not available please review FAQ reason 00"

I did not change any settings. I wish I had a guidebook or a simple users manual.

Hi

The problem disappeared when I plugged directly into the router instead of the tp-link switch.

I would like to see the admin guide. Maybe I could get it working from the old spot.

How can I get the admin guide?
