Need to wait 15+ minutes or reboot OBi100 to make another call.

I have an Obi100 linked to a Google Voice account and am using a soft phone + OBiApp.  The first call works without issue.  But if I try to call another land line call after hanging up the softphone will show as busy and the call will not complete.  The Obi admin page accessed via the LAN IP of the Obi100  shows 0 active calls for SP1, SP2, & ObiTALK Services.  The State displayed on the Advances tab of ObiAPP quickly shows "Trying", then "Peer Ringing" and after a second it returns to "No Call".  I can also confirm that the number called is not actually busy.

I can call the test number **9 222 222 222 without issue.

After 15 minutes or so the I can call a land line again.  Neither a reboot of the Obi100 nor unplugging & plugging it back in allow a call to be placed so I am thinking it may be something on the Google Voice side of things.

If anyone has any insight as to how I might fix this I am all ears.

This seems to have fixed itself overnight, maybe just a Google Voice problem.
