must hear dial tone first before entering phone numbers?

I have Obi 110 for at least 2 years and loved it. But now I have recently noticed that if I enter the phone numbers first then press talk, instead of hearing the calling tone, I hear the service not available tone. No problem if I press talk first and then punch in the numbers. I tried updating firmware and that's not seems to be the problem. Am I missing something?

Try increasing Physical Interfaces > LINE Port > DialDelay from 500 to 1000.

I have also experienced this issue on a few occasions. It does not happen to me often but please let us know if this fixes your issue.
