Strange. When a US number calls GV the CallerID is 11 digits.

Try this:
{(1?2041111111|1?2042222222):ph},{(1?204xxxxxxx):aa($1)},{ph}

This will match on 10 or 11 digits.

azrobert, not quite sure what the problem is.

first I make the change to the Obi. After I reboot as the Obi wants when I press submit, I don't know why it keeps going back to the default Ph.

then I phone GV # with a seperate land line not plugged into the Obi, hang up after one ring, never get a call back, but the phone connected to the Obi then rings and I get a message from Google hangouts saying I missed a call from 204-XXX-XXXX

sorry to be such a pain

azrobert:
Yep, you're a big pain!
Just kidding. LOL

You're courteous and report back, so I don't mind.
What bugs me is when posters don't acknowledge if my suggestions worked or not.
Not even a thank you.

Anyway, I assume you are updating the OBi via the WEB interface and not OBiTalk. If you have Auto Provisioning on, OBiTalk will overwrite changes you make. If this is the case I'm surprised it hasn't happened before.

To turn off Auto Provisioning:
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTalk Provisioning
Method: Disabled

When the callback works the Auto Attendant intercepts the call and the OBi110 phone will not ring.

giqcass, thanks for the reply

I signed up with e164 and believe I registered my callcentric number. I think I am a little dense today because I am not doing something right. If I try and register the phone number as 1777xxx-xxxx it won't take it, the only thing it will take is seven numbers xxx-xxxx it took it, and it also asks you for area code, I did that as well. I never got the verification call, so can't get the pin number to enter.

when you say forward those numbers to 1777MYACCOUNT@in.callcentric.com, where do I do that? I know I have to substitute my callcentric number xxx-xxxx for MYACCOUNT.

I was looking on e164 for the example page, but there is nothing there.

so I am stuck at the moment as I am supposed to be entering the pin. I am reluctant to keep trying because it says if you try too many times the number will be suspended.

thanks again

I understand you confusion.  You register your real phone number.  Your Google Voice number,  your home number, or cell phone, ect....  Then E164 will ask for "Protocol and hostname or contact information:"  For that use sip and 1777MYACCOUNT@in.callcentric.com

You will get 2 calls.  One will ring your sip address to verify it is valid.  The second may not come immediately.  It will call your real phone number to verify you own it.  Make sure you have a pen and pencil ready.  They only tell you the code once and it is quick.  Enter the pin on e164.  After this the phone has been validated.

Now people can call you via sipbroker by entering your real number instead of using a dialing code and your account number.  You can register multiple numbers.

giqcass...thank you...between trying azrobert's method and yours...I think my head hurts  ::) however, I managed to put in my google voice number successfully, got the two phone calls, got the right pin# so all is well.

So to summarize...someone wants to call me, they dial the local access number in sipbroker, an automated voice comes on the line telling them to input the number they wish to call, so they enter my google voice number which is 1-956-XXX-XXXX and the phone rings on Obi. But does that not mean they are still phoning long distance from their end, or they are not because they are going through sipbroker?

thanks again for your patience

azrobert...still working on this....even though I turned off Auto Provisioning...the obi still doesn't seem to want to save the new setting after rebooting.

I am not prepared to give up yet though...maybe just for today  ;D

thanks again
