Multiple forking
«

I'm using GV on SP1 and forward all calls to Callcentric which is SP2 using SIP. So when an incoming GV comes in, it forwards to Callcentric, which makes my home phones ring and I get caller name resolution.
My question is; my call history is showing the incoming call is forking to both PH1 and PH2 at the same time (see below snippet from my OBI log) - I think it's messing with my channels and I seem to miss caller alert that there is someone on 2nd attempting incoming call. If I call my CC number, it doesn't fork, nor does it when I call the DID on SP3 or SP4.
Fork to:
PH1
PH2
Ringing (PH1)
Ringing (PH2)

Figured it out.
My SP1 > X_InboundCallRoute = ph1,ph2
Was defaulting to that for some reason, changing it to just ph1 stop'd the FORKING entries.
