I have Obi100, I have been using without any problems.  On Sp2 is my google voice number, and on sp1 is my voip.ms e911 number.  That is where it says "offline".  I went to my account on voip.ms and everything seems fine there, e911 is verified and there is money in the account.  I'm not sure if it supposed to say "offline" or is there something I need to do to make sure it is all working.  Thanks for any help!

I would expect it to say Registered.

Maybe reboot your router? If the problem persists, take further action.

Has the viop.ms account ever shown as registered?  Right now there is no connection between the Obi and the viop.mi account.  You do not have E911 service from your Obi device right now. 

I would rerun the Obi configuration wizard on the SP2 account to try and reconnect with the account.
